Equity Intraday

“Equity Intraday
Sell DLF Below 250
SL 252.5 TGT 246
www.NiftyGPS.Com ”

In the above example

Equity Intraday refers - Equity intraday Call.

Sell DLF below 250 - means you have to sell DLF at 250 or you can sell 0.10or 0.20 paisa below the recommended 250 level. You should never sell above 250.

SL means - STOP LOSS 252.5.You have to put Stop Loss at 252.5 in market after your sell DLF@ 250. You should always put stop loss (here in this example selling SL order at 250) order in market immediately after you sold DLF. You should not be lethargic in placing the SL order as DLF can make a flash and go above your stop loss leading to a huge loss for that day. Stop loss is your insurance for your capital, so you should not play with your capital.

TGT 246 means – Book profit at target 246 level. We give only one target per trade. You should always put target (here in this example Buying order at 246 level) order as recommended by us in the market immediately after you sold DLF. This way your profit booking will be easier.

www.niftygps.com – To identify sender of the tips.

In a nutshell follow these simple rules:

  • You are going to purchase at the recommended level first.
  • Put Stop Loss order (SL) immediately in the market after purchase.
  • Put profit booking order (TGT) immediately in the market after purchase.
  • If profit target is achieved, cancel the stop loss order.
  • If Stop loss hit, cancel the Profit Target order.
  • You should not do anything else except the above mentioned procedure.

Don’ts:

You should not set the order & without a Stop loss or profit target since it increases your risk factor. Many people think of placing the SL and target orders in the real time. In such cases catching the price of scrip as per our recommendation is not possible just like crying for moon.

Please switch off your thinking about the probability outcome of the trade, like “will it hit stop loss or achieve target”.

If you keep worrying about the trade you will be seized with panic if the nifty level nears the stop loss level. You may even close the trade in fear of loss. It may achieve the profit target later, simply turning before stop loss order in a single point. So you may lose a winning trade for that day and end up in loss.

If you are very conscious about the trade you will be greedy if the scrip level nears the target booking level. You may not close the trade at the proper time to get recommended profit from the trade. After reaching our target DLF may go upwards very rapidly, you may not able to book profit in recommended level .You may book profit below the recommended level. So you are booking a less profit for that day.

If you do these mistakes consistently you cannot get the expected returns over a period of time.

Following these simple rules is very hard and rare in stock market. In the end of the day traders following these simple rules are in the winning side.
